Meet The Team
Meet Benjamin
Ben has his BS in Information Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. He has over 16 years of IT experience with 14 years as an IT manager for a local business. He has a different approach to IT support than other tech businesses. He prides himself on being a bridge between technology and the non-tech savvy person. When you are a client of Benjamin’s Tech Rescue, you can rest assured that you work only with Ben.
Meet Heather
Heather has her BS in Early Elementary Education. She worked as a teacher for several years before becoming a stay at home mom. In 2020, she started a website to help homeschool families which helped her learn how to navigate a lot of the in and outs of webdesign, social media, and creating digital designs. Now, she assists Ben with scheduling appointments and the online presence of Benjamin’s Tech Rescue. She prides herself on ensuring that every client receives topnotch services.
